Jane M. O'Sullivan

I enjoy being an advocate for new Americans. I immigrated to the United States as a child and as a result personally understand the challenges that our complex immigration system poses for families and individuals.

In 1997, I graduated from Georgetown University in Washington DC with a Bachelor’s of Arts. Prior to attending law school, I worked as a high school teacher in Seattle and an ESL teacher in Thailand. These experiences helped me develop an effective communication style that I utilize with immigration officers, judges and clients.

In 2003, I received my law degree from the University of Washington. My focus was on Immigration and Refugee Studies.

I am a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyer's Association. I am admitted to practice before the United States District Court of the Western District of Washington and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

As an attorney who practices and has the immigration law exclusively for the past ten years, I am proud of the high level of personal attention and case expertise that I bring to each client matter. I look forward to assisting you in obtaining immigration benefits or citizenship for yourself, a family member or an employee.
